Bergaglio, Gavi La Fornace 2022

The Cinzia Bergaglio winery is located in Italy's beautiful northwest region of Piedmont and is unique because it sees three generations of family winemakers still working side-by-side to this day. Gavi La Fornace 2022 is very fresh and floral as all good Gavis should be. However, it's unique in that it manages to harness the flavours of the mountain forests which surround the vineyard, seamlessly imparting aromas of heather, honeydew and sage into the classic notes of apple and toasted almond.
